The Streaming Current Meter (also known as Streaming Current Detector or SCD) is a charge measuring instrument for monitoring and controlling coagulant dose in water and wastewater treatment.
The patented sensor design includes XL (extended life) technology with renewable probe and replaceable Teflon® sleeve.
Streaming Current Detectors (i.e. SCM/SCD) have demonstrated the ability to optimize coagulant dosing and prevent plant upsets.
